Zones
Antonica
The founding continent. Human cities, the great Karana plains, the Rathe, and the dungeons that defined Classic EverQuest.
Antonica is the founding continent of Norrath — home to the two great human cities, the Halfling and Barbarian homelands, the Troll and Ogre swamps, the vast Karana plains, the Ro deserts, and a dozen of the most-played dungeons in EverQuest history. For most The Last Camp players, Antonica is the first continent they see. Its starter cities anchor leveling content from 1 through the upper teens, its outdoor zones carry players through the 20s and 30s, and its dungeons provide the canonical Classic experiences that every veteran remembers. Because The Last Camp runs the any-race-any-class doctrine, every starting city on Antonica supports characters that vanilla EverQuest would have refused — and the continent's zones serve all of them the same.

Why it matters
Antonica is the spine of Classic EverQuest. Most veteran players have a memory tied to one of its zones — a Blackburrow corpse run, a sand giant in Ro, a Befallen knight kill, a Misty Thicket bind point. The continent does not have the raw raid-zone density of later continents, but its dungeons are the ones that taught a generation of players how to play. The Last Camp keeps Antonica intact and Classic-faithful, with the any-race-any-class doctrine layered on top — so the zones welcome characters that vanilla never expected, but the encounters and the loot remain era-correct.
