Zones
Jaggedpine Forest
Druid-aligned Antonican forest west of Surefall Glade. Tunarean nature reserve, mid-tier outdoor zone.
- Surefall Glade (east)
Jaggedpine Forest is the western continuation of Surefall Glade — a Tunarean nature reserve patrolled by Protectors of the Pine, prowled by gnolls pressing in from the north, and threaded by Greenwood druid camps that maintain the zone's ranger-friendly faction line. The forest is the canonical answer to "where does the Druid order in Surefall actually live" — the trainers stay in Surefall, but the woods themselves run west into Jaggedpine.
The zone connects from Surefall Glade through the pine canyon and out to the western Karanas in the canonical map. The Last Camp keeps Jaggedpine as an active mid-tier outdoor zone with full faction interactions — Protectors of the Pine standing matters for ranger/druid access to the deeper forest and the Pine Druid quest line.
Content
- Protectors of the Pine — Druid order's enforcement arm. Faction-positive turn-ins available in the central glade.
- Gnoll incursions — Sabertooth packs press in from the north; outdoor xp camps for groups in the 30-40 tier.
- Treants — Animated tree-spirits guard the deeper grove; soloable for druids who can root-rot.
- Pine wolves — Outdoor wolf-aspect mobs, druid-faction-friendly when hunted in moderation.
- Hidden grove camps — Tunarean shrines with rare-spawn named for druid quest components.
- Greenwood druids — Quest NPCs running the deep-forest druid chain.
Why bother
Jaggedpine is the zone where The Last Camp druid actually feels at home. The faction is generous to anyone wearing Tunarean colors, the outdoor xp scales smoothly through the 30s, and the deeper forest holds quest rewards that don't appear anywhere else on Antonica. For any class, the western corridor offers a quieter alternative to the South Karana / Lake Rathe outdoor scene at the same tier.
The zone is also a critical bind / port-out for druids and rangers who want a Surefall-adjacent recall point without competing for the Glade's interior space.
Using it well
Approach from Surefall Glade and follow the western pass. Faction with the Protectors and Greenwood Druids will save you from outdoor patrols in the central glade. The deeper forest spawns harder named past the river; bring CC for the multi-pull triggers around grove shrines.
For The Last Camp's any-race-class doctrine: a non-canonical-race Druid (Iksar Druid, Troll Druid) faces a long Tunarean grind before Jaggedpine becomes friendly — the same baseline applied to all Tunare-aligned outdoor content.
