Rogue Epic 1.0 — Ragebringer

Malka Rale in Qeynos Aqueducts kicks off a parchment chain through Kaladim, Neriak, Highpass, Lake Rathetear, Steamfont, Plane of Hate, and Kithicor — ending with a General V'ghera kill and final hand-in to Stanos Herkanor.

The Rogue Epic 1.0 rewards Ragebringer — a 15/25 Primary/Secondary 1H piercer with +20 STR, +10 DEX/STA/AGI, +100 HP, +10 disease, +20 magic, +20 poison resists, 40% haste, and the Seething Fury worn effect. Magic / Lore / No Drop, Rogue-only, level 46 to equip. Allowed races (canonically): all except Erudite, High Elf, Troll, Ogre, and Iksar — though The Last Camp allows any race-class with faction grind.

The chain begins not in Neriak but in the Qeynos Aqueducts with Malka Rale, then proceeds through two pickpocket steps on NPCs in North Kaladim and Neriak Third Gate, a parchment translation loop spanning Lake Rathetear and Steamfont Mountains, a Book of Souls ground spawn in Plane of Hate, a Renux Herkanor kill back at Steamfont, and ends with the General V'ghera spawn from a Dark Elf NPC in a cabin in Kithicor Forest. The final hand-in is to Stanos Herkanor in Highpass Hold.

Two sub-items — Jagged Diamond Dagger and Cazic Quill — are required for the final combine. These can be looted from various sources or assembled through side-quests with Vilnius the Small in Western Karana.

Malka Rale in the Qeynos Aqueducts — Say "I can help" → Stanos' Pouch.
Founy Jestands in North Kaladim — Pickpocket → Stained Parchment Top.
Tani N'Mar in Neriak Third Gate — Pickpocket → Stained Parchment Bottom.
Anson McBale in Highpass Hold — Give Stanos' Pouch (this spawns Stanos). Then to Stanos Herkanor (Highpass) — Give Stained Parchment Top + Stained Parchment Bottom → Combined Parchment.
Eldreth in Lake Rathetear — Give Combined Parchment + 100 platinum + 2 bottles of milk → Scribbled Parchment.
Yendar Starpyre in Steamfont Mountains — Give Scribbled Parchment → Tattered Parchment.
Ground spawn in Plane of Hate — Pick up Book of Souls.
Yendar Starpyre (Steamfont) — Give Tattered Parchment + Book of Souls. This spawns Renux Herkanor. Kill Renux → loot Translated Parchment.
Stanos Herkanor in Highpass Hold — Give Translated Parchment → Sealed Box.
a Dark Elf in a cabin in Kithicor Forest — Give Sealed Box → spawns General V'ghera. Kill V'ghera → loot General's Pouch.
Stanos Herkanor in Highpass Hold — Give General's Pouch + Jagged Diamond Dagger + Cazic Quill → receive Ragebringer.

Sub-Items for Final Combine

If you don't already have the Jagged Diamond Dagger and Cazic Quill on your character, both can be assembled through side-quests with Vilnius the Small in Western Karana:

Jagged Diamond Dagger — collect 4 blades and trade to Vilnius.
Cazic Quill — collect 4 robes and trade to Vilnius.

Both sub-items are no-drop on completion and must be in inventory at the final Stanos hand-in.

Custom race-class adjustments

The Last Camp allows any race to roll Rogue. The chain has several faction-gated NPCs:

Founy Jestands in North Kaladim and Tani N'Mar in Neriak Third Gate must be pickpocket-able, not just hailed — they don't need to be friendly, but you must be able to enter the zone without aggro. Trolls, Ogres, and Iksar need faction or sneak/hide for Kaladim. High Elves and Erudites need faction or invis for Neriak.
Stanos Herkanor in Highpass Hold is the most-visited NPC of the chain. Highpass faction is permissive for most races, but Iksar and Dark Elf rogues may want sneak/hide for safe entry.
The Kithicor cabin Dark Elf is in a Teir'Dal Reaver-heavy zone. Bring corpse-recovery plans for non-evil races caught at night.

Group composition

Solo / duo (~8 steps): Malka, the pickpockets, the parchment hand-ins, the Plane of Hate ground-spawn pickup (with a raid or invis-train).
Group (2 steps): Renux Herkanor in Steamfont (6-man at 55+), General V'ghera in Kithicor (6-8 with crowd control for the cabin pull).
Raid (1 step): the Plane of Hate ground spawn doesn't require a raid kill, but the zone itself is raid-tier — bring 12+ for safe access to the spawn site.

Tips

Pickpocket skill is mandatory for steps 2 and 3. Confirm 180+ Pickpocket before camping Founy Jestands and Tani N'Mar — a failed attempt flags the NPC briefly hostile and adjacent guards may train you.
The 2 bottles of milk at step 5 are easy to forget. Stock them from any tavern merchant before traveling to Lake Rathetear.
Renux Herkanor is a real fight — bring a tank and slower at level 55. Don't solo at-level.
The Book of Souls in Plane of Hate is a ground spawn — confirm location with your raid leader before the trip. It moves between cycles.
General V'ghera spawns from the Dark Elf NPC hand-in in the Kithicor cabin. Pull the cabin DE through the door first if your group can't fit inside.
The Jagged Diamond Dagger and Cazic Quill sub-quests are time-consuming on their own. Start them in parallel with the main chain — don't wait for the final hand-in to discover you need them.
Ragebringer's 40% haste stacks with worn haste — the weapon doubles as a haste source and frees a slot elsewhere in the kit.
Ragebringer is Lore — only one can be worn. The Rage / Seething Fury proc and haste both come from a single copy.
