THE LAST CAMP

The Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh is the Cleric Epic 1.0 final reward. This page covers the final combine — the assembly step where every component collected through the long Cleric Epic chain comes together in a single inventory combine that produces the iconic sprinkler. The combine itself is the simplest part of the chain; everything before it is the work. This page is the reference for what gets combined, where, and what to expect.

For the full Cleric Epic chain walkthrough, see the Cleric Epic 1.0 page.

Reward

Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh is no-drop, lore, and persistent. The defining Cleric Epic 1.0 reward — combat-cast healing proc, era-iconic clickable, and the visible badge of a Cleric who has done the chain. What gets combined

The final combine takes:

  • Water Vial from Cazic-Thule — the deity-faction component dropped from the Cazic-Thule raid encounter accessed through the Lost Temple of Cazic-Thule. This is the cornerstone reagent — every Cleric Epic ends with the Cazic vial.
  • Mistmoore-tier reagent — a chalice-class reagent collected through the Mistmoore Castle sub-chain. Drops from a vampire-noble named encounter.
  • Plane of Fear / Plane of Hate reagents — multi-component drops from Cazic-Thule and Innoruuk encounters in their respective planes. The chain visits both planes for distinct named reagents.
  • The class-trainer combine container — issued from the Erudin Cleric trainer (Erud's Crossing / Erudin) at the start of the chain. This is the combine vessel — the components go into it, and the sprinkler comes out.

The exact component list and turn-in sequence is canonical EQ Cleric Epic — every step lives on the full epic walkthrough.

The combine itself

Step 1 — Have everything in inventory

Confirm all components and the class-trainer combine container are present. A missing reagent fails the combine; the failure is non-destructive (components are not lost) but it wastes a click.

Step 2 — Combine in the trainer-issued vessel

Place all components inside the combine container. Click combine. The container produces the Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh.

Step 3 — Final hand-in (where applicable)

The canonical Cleric Epic on TAKP/The Last Camp has the combine itself produce the sprinkler — no further hand-in required. Earlier-era variants had a final NPC turn-in step; current The Last Camp behavior matches the TAKP combine-direct path.

What the sprinkler does

The Water Sprinkler of Nem Ankh is one of the most useful clickable items in the era. The clickable casts a healing-effect spell with no reagent cost and no level requirement to click (any class with the item can right-click it for the heal effect, though only Clerics can equip it).

The sprinkler's combat-cast healing proc is the iconic Cleric Epic feature — every melee swing has a chance to proc a heal on the Cleric, effectively granting passive sustain that no other class has access to. That mechanic alone is why Cleric Epic 1.0 remains relevant deep into Velious and PoP-tier content.

Why the combine page exists separately

The Cleric Epic chain is long enough that the full walkthrough lives on its own page (/wiki/epics/cleric). This page exists as a quick-reference for the combine itself: which components, which container, what to expect at the final click. Players who want the full chain visit the epic page; players who already have the components and just need to confirm the combine come here.

Custom race-class adjustments

The Cleric Epic is class-locked: only Clerics can complete it. The Last Camp's any-race-class doctrine means any race that can be a Cleric on The Last Camp (which is every race, given the no-restriction policy) can run the chain — but the class is fixed.

The deity-faction sub-chains (Cazic-Thule, Innoruuk) are deity-agnostic on the kills themselves — the named drop their reagents regardless of the killer's deity. Faction grinding may matter for travel into the temples, but the reagents are kill-loot, not faction-quest rewards.

Tips

  • The combine is the easy part. Keep a written or screenshot list of components — losing one to a bag-dump after a months-long chain is a known nightmare.
  • Confirm the class-trainer container is the right one. The chain issues a specific combine vessel; using a generic container will not produce the sprinkler.
  • The Cazic vial is the bottleneck for most Clerics — it requires the full Cazic raid kill, which means a full-raid scheduled effort.
  • Save every chain-related no-drop drop until the combine is done. Mid-chain inventory cleanups have ended Cleric Epics.
  • The sprinkler is permanent and lore. One combine, one sprinkler, lifetime use.
  • Cross-reference the Cleric Epic page for the full walkthrough — this page is the combine reference, not the chain walkthrough.
  • Snapshot your inventory before clicking combine. If anything goes wrong, the screenshot is your evidence for a GM ticket.
  • Banker the components between sessions. Carrying the entire epic component set in inventory is a death-loss risk; bank what you're not actively turning in.
  • The sprinkler is one of the iconic era-defining items. Wear it proudly — the chain is no joke and the community recognizes it.
